We’re a small team based in Lyss near Bern. We help SMEs, organisations, and start-ups put AI to work: we find where it’s worth it, build the software, automate workflows, and help teams use AI with confidence.
The work varies. One week you might build an AI assistant on a company’s knowledge; the next, you review a client’s processes with their team or help run a workshop. AI is part of our everyday work, from research and planning to coding, writing, and testing. We work independently and take responsibility for the quality of what we deliver.
Our clients are mainly in German-speaking Switzerland, so all current roles require fluent Swiss German. The original postings on JOIN are in German.
